Terms and conditions

1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between Wiet Olie Puur (registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 72730986) and you as a customer. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Offer and agreement

All offers on shop.wietoliepuur.nl are without obligation. An agreement will only be concluded once we have confirmed your order by email.

3. PRICES

All prices on the site are in euros and include VAT, but exclude shipping costs (unless otherwise stated). We reserve the right to adjust prices; for orders already placed, the price at the time of ordering always applies.

4. PaymentThe following payment options are available:

• Bank transfer: you will receive the bank details after the order. Please transfer the amount within 7 days and we will be able to cancel your order.
• Tikkie via WhatsApp: we will send you a Tikkie manually. Once that's met, we'll process your order.
• iDEAL / PayPro (shop onestepcommunity.com only): direct payment through your bank.

5 Delivery

We usually ship the same business day if payment is received before 4pm. Delivery takes place via MyParcel / PostNL / DHL.

• Netherlands: usually 1 working day
• Belgium and Germany: 1 to 3 working days
• Other EU: 3 to 7 working days
• Worldwide: 5 to 15 working days

6. Right of withdrawal

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Exceptions:

• Sealed products whose seal has been broken (for hygienic reasons)
• Digital products (PDF books, e-books) as soon as they are downloaded
• Used or damaged products

Returns can be made by sending an email to contact@wietoliepuur.nl. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receipt of the return.

7. Conformity and warranty

We guarantee that our products comply with the agreement, the stated specifications and the reasonable requirements of soundness. If you have any complaints, we will process them as soon as possible.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect damages (lost income, lost profits, etc.). This does not apply to intent or gross negligence on our part.

9. Insurance in the event of loss or damage

• Standard shipping: no compensation for loss or damage (cheapest option).
• Shipping with insurance: 50% reimbursement of the order value.
• Shipping with parcel guarantee: 100% reimbursement of the order value.

10. Minimum age

You must be 18 years or older to place an order. You explicitly confirm this at checkout.

11. Intellectual property

All texts, photos and designs on shop.wietoliepuur.nl are owned by Wiet Olie Puur and may not be copied or reused without permission.

12. Complaints

Do you have a complaint? Send an email to contact@wietoliepuur.nl. We'll respond within 5 business days. If we cannot find a solution together, you can submit your complaint to the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
