Shipping from the Netherlands
We ship worldwide and discreetly packaged. If you order before 16:00 on a working day and the payment has been received, your package will leave the door the same day.
Three shipping options
- Shipped instantly: Standard — €6.95 — fast and reliable, but no compensation for loss or damage.
- Shipped instantly: With insurance — €14.95 — get 50% of your order value back in case of loss or damage.
- Shipped immediately: With package guarantee — €24.95 — 100% compensation in case of loss or damage.
Free shipping from €250 within the Netherlands (if the order value is sufficient, you can choose the free option at checkout).
Track & trace
Once we ship your package, you'll receive an email with a track-and-trace link. You can also track your order at any time through My Account.
Delivery times
- Netherlands: 1 business day after shipment
- Belgium, Germany: 1 to 3 working days
- Other EU countries: 3 to 7 working days
- Rest of the world: 5 to 15 working days (may take longer due to customs)
