About the productsIs it legal?

Our products comply with Dutch laws and regulations. Our non-active (CBD) products contain < 0.2% THC and are legal in the Netherlands and most EU countries. Our active products are medicinal and subject to strict agreements. Always consult the law in your home country before ordering.

How do I take the oil?

Start low: 2 to 3 drops under the tongue, leave for 30 seconds, then swallow. Build up gradually. Consult your practitioner if you are taking medication.

Can I combine it with other medications?

CBD and cannabinoids can affect the effects of other medications. Always consult with your doctor or pharmacist before combining.

How long is it shelf life?

Unopened at least 2 years, kept cool and dark. After opening, use within 6 months for optimal operation. The date is on the packaging.

Do you test every product?

Yes. Each product lot is independently tested for composition and purity. Certificates can be requested via contact@wietoliepuur.nl.

Order and pay

What payment methods can I use?

Bank transfer (IBAN + order number as reference) and Tikkie via WhatsApp work on both shops. You can also choose iDEAL and other PayPro methods on our inactive shop (coming soon).

How does the wallet work?

You can top up credits on My Account → Wallet. Some promotions give you extra credit (ex: deposit €50, get €75). You can use the credit on your next order — you will see the bet option at checkout.

Can I fill an order?

Yes! If you have an open order that has not been paid for yet, you will get a banner on product pages that says "Add to existing order". Then you only pay shipping costs once.

What happens with my data?

We only store what is needed, do not share and never sell. Read our privacy statement.

Can I ship abroad?

Yes, worldwide. Please note that in some countries, customs may hold your package. The responsibility lies with you.

What if my package is lost?

That depends on the shipping option you choose. If you send with insurance (50% reimbursement) or package guarantee (100% reimbursement), we will arrange a refund. There is no fee for standard shipping.

How fast is delivery?

The Netherlands: usually 1 working day. EU: 1 to 7 working days. Worldwide: 5 to 15 working days. See Shipping & Returns for details.

We don't use passwords. Instead, you will receive a one-time login code by email. Go to login and you will receive the code immediately.

How do I delete my account?

Send an email to contact@wietoliepuur.nl. We process the request within 7 working days, respecting the statutory retention period of 7 years for invoices.
